Steps to Beach, Near Blackbeard's Restaurant

The location is great, and the price for the time was not too bad. The air conditioning works great and the water pressure was delightful. Now that the positives are out of the way, there were quite a few problems with the listing: -We have had to deal with cockroaches during our stay. -There were no present cleaning supplies for the floor or countertops forcing us to buy cleaner to meet checkout rules. -There was no physical lock on the inside of the front door. -The grilling grate had a big hole in it making it extremely inconvenient to grill. There was rust all over the grill and the plants around it were outgrown enough to where it was a concern for grilling with high flames. -You might as well use mobile data for your devices because the Wifi was at around 4 MBPS. -The pictures listed on the Airbnb page for the property are seriously out of date and don’t reflect the true nature or conditions of the property.

Wish the couches had been a little more comfy and that the bunk beds in the pictures were in a second bedroom instead of hallway, but the great location couldn’t be beat.

Great place, the host always answered all of our questions and most important our fur babies felt right at home, 100% come back again!
