Beautiful Beach Houses & Condos are a click or call away. Some of our amenities include, cleaning service, home maintenance and repair, bathroom and shower amenities and bed linens.

House Rules and Policies

No smoking
Pet(SMALL)friendly with a $75 fee (maximum 1 pet allowed, 25-pound weight limit)
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be at least 21 years old to book
Additional fees and taxes may apply
Photo ID may be required upon check-in
NOTE: The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility

Cancellation Policy
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation for a full refund.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

AUTO-COLLECT

At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

SCHEDULED DEPOSIT

7 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: all reservations.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 25 pounds. Max Pet per condo is 2 and no pets over 25 pounds(NO EXCEPTIONS). Small dogs ONLY!! NOT ALL PROPERTIES PERMIT PETS!!

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
